Nexo Pack is a B2B platform that only sells to legal entities (companies). The following documents are required for membership:
- Valid tax number
- Company name
- Authorized person information
- Company contact information
2. Order and Delivery
Minimum order quantities vary by product. Delivery times range from 1-5 business days depending on stock availability and location.

Bank transfer and deferred payment options are available.

5. Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective or damaged products. Unused products in original packaging will be evaluated.
